My Story

Before becoming an osteopath, I worked in a professional office-based role, which gave me insight into the physical demands of desk-based work and modern lifestyles.

My decision to train as an osteopath was also influenced by my own experience of chronic headaches and dizziness, as well as neck and shoulder pain, following two motorbike accidents. I understand how difficult it can be to live with ongoing discomfort, and how much the right treatment can help.

I take a patient-centred approach, tailoring treatment to your individual needs and supporting you to move better and feel more comfortable in your body.

I maintain an active lifestyle and enjoy running, playing tennis and skiing, and have recently started learning golf.

If you’d like to find out more or see how I can help, feel free to get in touch.
